In1960, after many years experience acquired in one of of the most prestigious Italian workshops of the period, Luciano Toffon founded CPA and began his successful dedication to producing ‘Arte Povera’ items that he himself designed and made, bringing to life an unmistakeable style that was to influence the entire Bassano area for many years to come.

Avid collector and expert antiquarian, he managed to fix the fragments and memories of a period by restoring hundreds of antique furniture items, creating unique, original pieces and, above all, showing decided skill over revisiting items and elements of the past in a modern key.

That passion for his work as an artist and inventor was also absorbed by his children to whom Luciano managed to transmit the secrets and suggestions of the most noble, antique craft.
Each stage of the production process, from design to all the processes needed to restore precious, quality furniture, loaded with history but modern in lines and finish, takes place in the Mussolente headquarters, in an area of over 4000 sqm.
